Absolutely great photos where one can see what cattle dogs were really bred for! (I’ll show them to my oh so lazy pet cattle dog) And as you took the pictures at exactly the right moments, we can see how extraordinary these dogs are.

First off, nice to find something focused on ACDs.

Second, I appreciate the serious look. When one does find images out there on ACDs much is oriented around beauty pageants or “cute” shots.

And third: Wow. Let me say that again, Wow. Beautiful work.

I’ve always admired your photos and I am so glad you made a calendar. It will be prominently displayed on the kitchen wall. When I worked at the shelter and tried to explain why ACD’s weren’t for everyone, I loved showing your website so people could see the intensity with which they work .

I know this has got to be the best cattle dog calendar ever. Not to mention getting a killer shot on the cover of Roast Magazine.
Jeff is the best photographer I’ve ever had the pleasure to know, and he also makes (and photographs) awesome latte art, which puts him in a league all his own shooting subjects that get the blood moving and your heart racing.
